How can we help?

Whether something broke, a generation didn’t look right, or you just have a question — we want to hear it. The fastest way to reach us is email.

Contact us

Email contact@recallity.app and we’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days. Including your account email and a screenshot helps us fix things faster.

Common requests

  • Delete your account or data. The fastest way is in-app: Profile → Delete Account. You can also email us and we’ll handle it for you.
  • Billing and subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed by Apple — you can cancel or change your plan anytime in your App Store account settings. For anything unclear, email us.
  • Report a bug or a bad generation. Tell us what you uploaded and what looked wrong — source-grounded accuracy is the whole point, so we take these seriously.
  • Privacy questions. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, or email us directly.

Before you ask

Questions, answered

Is it free? +

Recallity is free to download and free to start — bring your own notes and generate your first study sets at no cost. Recallity Pro unlocks a much higher daily generation limit for $6.99/month or $39.99/year, billed through the App Store and cancellable any time. Reviewing what you’ve already made is always free.

What platforms is it on? +

Recallity is out now on the App Store for iPhone and iPad (iOS 15.1 or later). Android is on the roadmap — leave your email below and we’ll tell you the moment it’s ready.

Is my study material private? +

Your uploads are used only to generate your cards and find your gaps — never sold or used to train third-party models. You can delete your material at any time.

Can it help me cram for a specific exam date? +

Yes — that’s Exam Mode. Set your exam date on a deck and Recallity compresses your review schedule to fit the countdown, prioritizes the gaps you haven’t seen yet, and shows whether you’re on track or falling behind.

Can I trust the AI-generated questions? +

Every question is grounded in your own source material, and each card can show the exact passage it came from — so you can verify it, not just trust it.

How is this different from Anki or Quizlet? +

Those re-test what you already put on a card. Recallity figures out what you DON’T know from a brain dump, then drills those gaps with real recall — answers in your own words, not multiple choice.
